Our Red Seal chef plans and oversees appetizing monthly menus with an emphasis on variety, freshness, and senior’s nutrition. Meals can be adapted to suit the tastes or special diets of residents. Care is taken in every aspect of preparation, from colours to help with depth perception, to cutting food into smaller pieces when dexterity declines. Snacks and refreshments are available 24/7.
